Events and Updates


      • Started work since 2003 as a small group supporting undernourished pregnant women and poor students by providing ration and paying school fees.
      • In 2006 started supporting women for skill development and empowerment through self employment.
      • Formally registered the organization in 2016.
      • 1st annual Conference 21-07-18.
      • Workshop on Menstrual Health Management conducted on 28/02/2019
      • Participated in India’s First Menstrual Health Management Summit held at New Delhi.
      • 15 Days workshop on block printing in July-August 2021.
      • A training workshop on making snacks, pickle & chutnies held in August 2021. The product was put to sale under name of Martabaan.It was well received by the customers.Two trainees started their own home-venture.
      • Younger generation up for saving resources:- On 4th of November 2022, a 40 member students’ delegation visited the centre of recycle to save resources Foundation at Gupteshwar what Madan Mahal. The students had brought with them used clothes from there houses. Instead of dumping them as solid waste they had come to donate the clothes to recycle to save resources foundation for the purpose of REUSE and UPCYCLING . Both girls and boys escorted by their teachers visited the centre and witnessed the entire process with great curiosity. The students where amazed to see useful and beautiful articles were being made at the centre using discarded and damage clothing as raw material.

Conferences and Seminars


  • 21st of July 2018 – First conference of Recycle to Save Resources Foundation held.
  • 28 Feb 2019 – The NGO conducted a pilot study on use of reusable fabric sanitary napkins and launched the “Eco-Stri” Reusable Fabric Sanitary Napkins.
  • 28 May 2019 – Workshop for adolescent girls on Menstrual Health Management organized with ICDS on International Menstrual Hygiene Day.
  • 26-27 September – Participation in India’s first summit on menstrual Health Management held at India Habitat Center New Delhi.
  • 25 Feb 2021 – Addressing ICDS workers on Domestic Violence and Legal Rights of Women.
